About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 10 student to undertake a School-based Traineeship in partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd.

You will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations and gain hands-on experience in a Reece branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing Reece's values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to the team

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional benefits include comprehensive on-the-job training, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.

Location and Work Arrangements

This role is based at our Castle Hill branch and requires a commitment of one and a half days per week during term time.

Additional hours may be available during school holidays, and we encourage applicants to discuss their availability with us.
