At the Reece Group, we're looking for motivated Year 10 students to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Supply Chain Operations. This exciting opportunity will see you work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a School-based Trainee, you'll have the chance to develop your skills in customer service, sales processing, and stock management, all while completing your certificate requirements. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and maintain a high standard of stock management.

We're looking for students who are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment. If you have good communication skills, are able to follow instructions, and are willing to give new things a go, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and stored correctly.
  • Stock Management: Maintain a high standard of stock management, including receiving and storing stock, and ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
