The Role

The Marketplace team at Wavemaker delivers excellence in implementation planning and buying, spanning offline and digital media types powered by data, technology, and automation. This role focuses on executing and amplifying client campaigns effectively, efficiently, and future-facing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate passion for implementation planning and buying
  • Stay up-to-date with the media landscape, confidently articulating consumer insights and trends
  • Possess strong attention to detail and media buying experience
  • Show problem-solving mentality and clear communication skills with well-developed presentation abilities
  • Be results-driven, passionate about delivering business results for clients

Success Metrics

  • In 3 months:
  • Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders and internal reports
  • Gain a strong understanding of the agency and group proposition, core Marketplace processes, and Wavemaker's way of working
  • Immerse yourself in the team, understanding active and upcoming campaign status
  • In 6 months:
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently and proactively
  • Owning Marketplace processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end
  • Strengthen key stakeholder relationships for great teamwork consistently
  • In 12 months:
  • Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume
  • Building strong relationships with publishers, representing Wavemaker appropriately
