Community Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to provide quality care to patients in our primary health care services. As part of our strategy, we are expanding our services to reach a broader community in regional Western Australia.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have prior experience working in general practice, hold their AHPRA Medical Registration, and possess specialist qualifications such as FRACGP or FACRRM. They will be able to provide high-quality care to patients, contribute to the development of our clinic, and support the delivery of efficient and effective care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient outcome-focused care by working closely with the team to develop and deliver care and service delivery.
- Provide clinical care to patients by delivering preventative care and health promotion to help patients manage their health within the community.
- Support General Practitioners, Primary Health Care Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Practitioners, and Students where applicable.
- Create a strong sense of teamwork, promoting multi-disciplinary teamwork and clinical excellence by motivating and developing each clinician individually and as part of a team.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols/procedures, using evidence-based practices and ensuring they meet accreditation standards.
- Promote education and training opportunities for students and clinicians.
- Promote collegiate relationships with local medical and educational facilities.
This is a permanent part-time position (0.5FTE / 19 hours per week) based in Kalgoorlie. Residency in Kalgoorlie is preferred; however, flexible work arrangements may be considered.
