At Permanent People, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Clients team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of legal professionals and driving the success of law firms and legal teams across the city.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in 360 recruitment, preferably in an agency environment within the legal sector. A relevant degree and at least 2 years of recruitment experience are essential. If you're a driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you
About the Role:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and in-house legal teams to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch recruitment services to prospective clients, and expand our client portfolio in the legal sector.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage high-calibre legal professionals through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and job boards.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations with suitable opportunities.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on legal market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry movements to provide clients and candidates with informed advice.
- Negotiation: Facilitate offer processes, manage negotiations between clients and candidates, and ensure a seamless transition for successful placements.
