Customer Service Role

About the Job

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal sales procedures and counter service to customers;
  • Providing high-level customer service;
  • Assisting in stock management;
  • General warehousing duties as required;
  • Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;
  • Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.
About Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Able to build relationships with trade customers;
  • Current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded);
  • Able to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members, and customers;
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded;
  • A valid driver's license.
