About the Role:

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Specialist to join our Australian Supply Chain Team. As a key contributor to the delivery of the Logistics Acceleration Workstream, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and implementing process transformation and digital capability for Mars in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and influence a wide variety of partners and stakeholders to support the delivery of the Logistics Acceleration transformation for ANZ Supply.
  • Develop feasibility studies based on the project workstreams E2E supply chain, Warehouse of the Future, and Transport transformation.
  • Ensure the design of digital solutions is robust and fit for purpose.
  • Rigorously manage scope, ensuring commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality tolerances.
  • Manage project financials.
  • Deliver alignment and agreement of process standards and performance targets with project stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan for deployment and implementation.
  • Establish strong operational partnerships across internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure delivery of service, cost optimization, and quality performance levels.
  • Lead process improvement sessions and conduct gap and impact analysis.
  • Ensure effective training design and development.
  • Develop a Change Management Program to ensure process adoption for long-term success.
  • Align stakeholders on Change Management Strategy and ensure their endorsement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years Supply Chain (Logistics) operational experience.
  • Ideally 2+ years FMCG business process mapping and market engagement.
  • Project management skills, with experience delivering large/complex/cross-segment projects.
  • Strong logical reasoning, financial, and analytical capability.
  • Strong networking, influencing, and interpersonal skills to engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Strong logistics process knowledge, including warehousing, transport, and international operations.
  • Demonstrated systems mindset and literacy, with experience with Mars existing systems landscape an advantage.
  • SAP knowledge, ideally in Atlas/SAP ECC6 or S4/Hana, functional expert or technical level preferred.
