Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant - Brand Specialist to join our Wodonga team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing profitable new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships to achieve budgetary and business plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our services to existing and new clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing client relationships and market research.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including call plans, timeline management, project deliverables, and administrative duties.
  • Ensure timely and accurate specification of works and costings in line with company policy and internal processes.
  • Respond to sales leads and opportunities promptly and effectively.
  • Assist clients in building brand style guides to ensure consistent branding across their fleet, industrial, and warehouse assets.
  • Conduct on-site visits, including inspections and measurements, as required for new and repair work.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive optimal customer service outcomes.
  • Report on sales activity, customer and competitor activity, safety and site access issues, KPIs, and other requirements as requested.

Key Criteria

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in sales or account management with demonstrated growth and success.
  • Fleet, building, construction, and signage industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, and high-level problem-solving skills.
  • A go-getter attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
