Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for helping customers secure finance solutions that suit their needs.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team and management to finalise deals, deliver excellent customer experiences, and grow our finance penetration. Your expertise in automotive finance, lending, or insurance will enable you to structure deals in line with customer budgets and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and submit finance and insurance applications to secure approvals from lenders and insurers.
  • Educate customers on finance options with clarity and integrity, ensuring they understand their choices.
  • Maintain compliance with finance/insurance regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Support the sales team to close deals efficiently, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in automotive finance, lending, or insurance, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws.
  • Proven customer service or sales background, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to explain complex financial products clearly and confidently, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
