About the Role

MBA Lawyers is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of conveyancing matters for first homeowners and owner occupiers, investors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage conveyancing matters from initial contract review/drafting through to settlement
  • Comply with the conveyancing protocol
  • Conduct day-to-day matters, including diary management and preparation of conveyancing tasks
  • Draft documents, correspondence, and settlement figures

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Queensland conveyancing experience with new and established properties and off-the-plan sales and purchases
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the conveyancing process under supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Experience with PEXA (essential)
  • Experience with LEAP software (an advantage)
  • Experience with New South Wales conveyancing (an advantage)
