We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team based in our office on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be required to assist the finance team in processing payroll accurately and on time for all employees of the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance
  • Responding to employee enquiries regarding payroll
  • Assisting in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports related to payroll

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in end-to-end payroll within a large organisation
  • Exposure to reconciling payroll ledgers, setting up of new employees and processing terminations
  • Exposure to a large payroll system
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal / communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to meet deadlines
