About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our Home and Community team in the Hunter region. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and maintain their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments, help with domestic cleaning and gardening, and engage in social activities as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications.
  • A valid working rights in Australia.
  • A police check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain).
  • Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • A New South Wales driver's license and own vehicle for work use.
