Job Title: Trainee Aged Care Worker

This is an excellent chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. As a trainee aged care worker, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team.

We offer full on-the-job training, so no experience is required. You will work part-time (3-4 days a week) with opportunities to work up to full-time hours. Our team provides excellent incentives and working conditions, including:

  • A set 24-month contract
  • Locked-in shifts on negotiated days and hours agreed to by you during recruitment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A great attitude
  • Reliability
  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • Regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)
  • Good communication skills
  • A desire to work and care for the elderly

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills through on-the-job training and fast-tracked accredited training units. You will also be able to participate in social activities and build relationships with clients and other staff members.

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, at the following times:

  • AM - 7:00am to 2:30pm
  • PM - 2:30pm to 10:00pm

The services provided by our team include personal care, meal assistance, toileting assistance, bed making, room tidying up, and social activities.
