We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee our OSHC operations in Ormond. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in a leadership role with extensive training and support.

This permanent part-time position offers 34.5 hours of work per week, providing the perfect balance between work and personal life.

About You:

  • Possess a passion for working with children and have a positive attitude towards teamwork.

  • Be looking to take the next step in your career and be ready to deliver engaging programs for children.

About the Role:

  • Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
  • Delve into management skills and take on the Coordinator role as required.
  • Assist with weekly administration tasks and build positive relationships within the school community.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is essential.
  • Hold relevant certifications including Employee Working with Children's Check, Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting, HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and Food Handling certificate.
