About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Deli team as a Fresh Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli and surrounding areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
