Purchasing and Sourcing Leader
Maximizing operational performance in procurement and sourcing requires strategic planning. Effective strategies are developed to procure goods and services efficiently, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness and high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality/restaurant purchasing, with proven experience managing large teams and driving results. They will be passionate leaders with excellent leadership mentoring and coaching skills.

  • Develop and implement purchasing plans to ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Manage the implementation of sourcing projects at site and operational level, achieving commercial objectives.
  • Deliver tactical sourcing activities by obtaining quotes, supplier selection and negotiation.
  • Assist business units in maintaining budget targets, identifying suitable sourcing options from existing contracts or alternative sources.
  • Regularly visit business units to gain a deeper understanding of product and service offering needs.
