Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution of regulatory initiatives, ensuring seamless compliance and innovation in our technology landscape.

This individual will partner with business teams to develop and implement project plans, collaborating with global teams to drive business and regulatory solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project blueprints, regularly reviewing progress, overseeing timelines, creating detailed schedules, and updating them based on progress to ensure team alignment.
  • Maintain program documentation, developing relationships by creating detailed project documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to gain support and ensure initiative success.
  • Provide technical expertise in the payments environment, staying updated with industry developments to enhance offerings.
  • Leverage Mastercard's technology capabilities to support innovative solutions for business and regulatory challenges, understanding the full spectrum of resources available.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, promoting IT alignment with business, continuously assessing processes and systems, and implementing changes to drive efficiency and innovation.
