The Opportunity

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in a panel shop or smash repair setting who possess strong attention to detail and pride in their work.   • Repair, replace, and align vehicle panels
  • Perform dent removal, welding, and chassis straightening
  • Strip and refit panels, trims, and components
  • Maintain all work meets safety and industry standards

You will be responsible for surface preparation including sanding, masking, and priming. You must also mix and match paint to OEM specs and apply basecoat, clearcoat, and finishing layers.
