Architectural Draftsperson Opportunity

Lai Switchboards Australia is a leading manufacturer of custom switchboards with over 115 years of combined experience in the design and manufacture of switchboards.

As a result of continuous national growth, we are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join our team at our head office in Ferryden Park.

The successful candidate will prepare and present high-end documentation while being involved in all stages of the architectural process on commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed high-quality documentation
  • Implementing Australian Building Codes and Regulations
  • Ensuring all drawings are completed accurately to reflect consultant feedback and regulatory standards
  • Liaising with consultants and subcontractors
  • Being proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Having strong time management skills and ability to work independently

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Architecture or TAFE in Building Design, high proficiency with Revit Autodesk, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
