Training Officer - Customized Learning Experience Specialist
Role Overview:This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service experiences through customized training and developmental resources for frontline customer service officers and leaders.
- Supporting frontline leaders in providing effective training.
- Identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Developing tailored training and educational materials.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or an equivalent qualification/experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills are essential.
