We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic and Kitchen Hand at our Conelly Court Residential Aged Care Home in Edens Landing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional meal preparation and presentation, ensuring that our residents receive nutritious meals in accordance with food safety standards.
  • To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
  • To undertake cleaning duties around the home, ensuring that it remains a comfortable and welcoming space for our residents.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or commercial kitchen.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in an aged care or health-related facility (desired but not essential).
  • Time, task, and priority management.
  • Reliable work history and flexibility with your availability.
  • Knowledge of WH&S and handling of food.
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu.
