About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites in the Central West - Braybrook. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk
  • Access control and incident report writing

Rostered Hours

Fixed roster hours per week, including Monday and Tuesday (17:00 to 22:30) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (15:45 to 22:30).

Requirements

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room License (highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
