Executive Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Chair, Deputy Chair and members of the Board, as well as the General Managers, to ensure the effective operation of the position.

This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to create a thriving region characterized by sustainable communities through strategic planning, priority setting, advocacy, engagement with governments and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment of a permanent Executive Officer
  • Collaborate with the Chair, Deputy Chair and members of the Board
  • Work with General Managers to achieve organizational objectives

Location: Anywhere within the organization's operational footprint

Requirements:

  • Experienced executive with strong leadership abilities
  • Proven experience working with boards and senior management teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
