About the Team Lead Position

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill this key role in our organization. This position is responsible for delivering residential care in line with national youth services model of care, Journey to Independence.

This team lead will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained. A high level of sector knowledge and skills are required, attained through previous work roles, service, and study/development.

The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related field, as well as a WA Working with Children Check, Drivers licence, and Departmental 395 check (completed by Department of Communities).

  • A strong focus on leadership and staff supervision
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee daily requirements and operations
