Job Overview:

  • The As-Built and Asset Coordinator is a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our project documentation.

  • This coordinator will oversee the red line mark-up (RLM) and as-built process for all WPC design packages related to permanent works and temporary handover works packages.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Manage and oversee the master drawing register and as-built management plan, including tracking and monitoring the status of drawings throughout the design process.

  • Facilitate internal meetings with digital engineering, drafters, and document control to discuss RLMs and as-builts, and interface with SRLA and returned asset owners to discuss as-built progress and resolve comments raised.

  • Responsible for reporting on RLM and as-built progress to completion manager, SRLA, and returned asset owners.
