We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Control Room Operator at Brisbane Airport. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing a high-level of service to our customers, responding to car park related enquiries, and resolving system issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, using multiple IT systems, and providing information to customers via intercom calls and face-to-face interaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have good availability, and be willing to attend work at short notice.
