This role is designed to enhance the finance function by providing accurate insights, streamlining processes and technical accounting capability across multiple entities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and dashboards, analyse variances, oversee month-end and year-end journal entries.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, identify and implement process improvements including automation.
- Maintain compliance and controls; support audits.
- Lead strategic projects and mentor finance team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards), strong technical accounting and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems, Power BI a plus, interest in automation and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, self-motivated, hands-on and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
