About the Role


We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for growing our Automation Group by identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and working alongside our talented team to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify & Develop Opportunities – Proactively seek out new business across target industries.
  • Build Client Relationships – Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams – Work closely with our technical team to shape solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable results.
  • Drive the Sales Process – Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations through to close.
  • Market Engagement – Represent Cromarty at industry events and networking functions to raise awareness of our capabilities.
  • Strategic Growth Input – Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform our Automation Group growth strategy.
  • Achieve Performance Targets – Meet or exceed agreed sales, revenue, and pipeline goals in line with our sustainable growth objectives.
