The role will see you working closely with the Head of Growth Development to drive new business opportunities, enhance client experiences, and address unmet needs within the existing client base.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, delivering tailored wealth management solutions, and collaborating across teams to provide holistic guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in financial advice, with a demonstrated ability to grow their client base through strategic pipeline oversight, referral development, and targeted acquisition efforts.

A background in professional services, particularly working with accounting or tax functions, would be beneficial. Additionally, possessing exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to uncover financial needs, build relationships, and offer tailored wealth management solutions;
  • Drive new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and leading initial discovery meetings;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial trends and regulatory developments to deliver relevant client strategies and strengthen the company's market edge;
  • Lead discovery meetings with new and existing clients to assess financial needs, identify financial gaps, and connect them with the right Wealth Management advisers and solutions;
  • Oversee sales from initial prospecting through to closing, maintaining strong control of the pipeline;
  • Manage key client relationships during onboarding and transitions, while collaborating with Adviser teams to ensure a seamless, client-focused experience;
  • Foster relationships with Accountants, Advisers, and specialists to identify and develop wealth opportunities;
  • Act as a business partner to Accounting & Wealth Management teams, fostering credibility and collaboration to drive joint business growth and client engagement;
  • Coordinate with the Servicing Adviser team to support efficient client service and transition.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in financial advice;
  • Demonstrated ability to grow client base via strategic pipeline oversight, referral development, and targeted acquisition efforts;
  • Background in professional services, working with Accounting or Tax functions (desirable);
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
