About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychology Specialist to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary allied health team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals who have sustained a psychological injury in the workplace to regain full capacity and achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic, balanced support to individuals in their recovery journey, including end-to-end case management, vocational assessments, conflict resolution services, wellness and job coaching.
  • Work strategically at a high level to drive support pathways and innovate solutions.
  • Collaborate with a broad spectrum of employers to provide rehabilitation services that uplift, rebuild and restore self-confidence, self-worth and overall wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Psychology.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (preferred).
  • A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license compulsory).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident approach towards engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with effective time management.
