Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive continuous improvement deployment strategy for our Pipe Road site, in collaboration with operations stakeholders.
  2. Provide expert guidance and coaching to supply operations teams on CI initiative prioritization, reporting, tracking, and execution.
  3. Facilitate the achievement of prioritized initiatives through effective communication, planning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  4. Drive initiative ideation and prioritization through a structured process, including scoping workshops, post-implementation reviews, and connections to global CI processes.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on CI Lead/Change Manager with a strong passion for enabling others and partnering with stakeholders. Your extensive experience in supply chain and manufacturing environments, leading CI/Six Sigma initiatives, will be invaluable in this role.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record of driving business efficiency and excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide supply operations teams.
  • Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration across functions and teams.
