Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive success in a rewarding career as a Retirement Adviser. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong motivation to deliver high-quality advice and a commitment to meeting all obligations as a Financial Adviser. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and financial circumstances, requiring effective communication skills to connect with people from all walks of life.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne, Australia. To be eligible, applicants must have working rights in the country.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong compliance record and ability to meet relevant regulatory requirements
  • Eligibility to remain authorized beyond January 2026 by education, experience, or a combination of both
  • Experience mentoring and/or leading other advisers is highly regarded but not mandatory

You will be required to have a deep understanding of retirement outcomes and be able to identify suitable advice options for our members. Your ability to provide clear explanations of these options will be essential in delivering the best possible advice.
