Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant in our bars or bistros.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and work with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with gaming enquiries, guest service, and payouts, providing exceptional support to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth operation.
Requirements:
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • A current RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certification or ability to secure one.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • An excellent team attitude, with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Previous experience with TAB and Keno is advantageous.
