This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales in ANZ, work with a global team, make a difference for patients, labs, and dentists, and grow with 3Shape solutions.

About the Position

You will be part of the Australia & New Zealand team, based in our office in Sydney, and report to the Country Manager ANZ. In this role, you have full accountability for sales of lab solutions, closely collaborate with our resellers, conduct sales & product training, as well as generating leads and opportunities in the Lab segment to drive Sales of dental clinic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales execution of lab solutions, in line with global and local strategy and business expectations.
  • Responsible for engaging with labs, visiting labs, to understand their digital setup and (up/cross) sell lab solutions.
  • Bring 360 digital solution to Labs in ANZ with scanners, Dental System CAD software, lab management system, and design services.
  • Product specialisation across the lab solutions portfolio.
    • Driving focus area of digitizing the prosthetist segment for Dental System & lab scanner sales.
    • Create a strong market segmentation and map for the ANZ lab market.
    • Collaborate cross-functionality with local colleagues as well as global colleagues.
    • Run webinars on news within lab solutions, in line with company product releases and focus areas within lab, i.e., be up-to-date with industry advancements.
