Facilities Manager

The On-site Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in delivering professional facilities management services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Building Maintenance and Operations: Oversee daily maintenance, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, conduct repairs and maintenance, and perform minor building work.
  • - Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and liaise with service contractors.
  • - Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to FM standard operational procedures and systems manuals.
Requirements
