About Your New Role

Your new role as Support Services Worker will offer flexible contracts located with our Northern Sydney Service Centre, and Customers.

This role will cover various suburbs including Arcadia, Castle Hill, Dural, Thornleigh, Killara, Pymble, Warrawee, Epping, Eastwood, Waverton, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Roseville, Hornsby, Berowra, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Ryde, Cherrybrook, Pennant Hills, Carlingford, Gordon, Beecroft, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting clients with transportation for appointments and leisure outings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure client and staff safety

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-centric environment
  • Flexibility to work varying rosters between Monday to Friday
  • A full vaccination record
  • A current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
