About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Content and Social Media Strategist to join our growing Content and Communications team in Sydney. This is a hybrid role, with a balance of working from home and collaborating with our team at our Sydney HQ.

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key part in shaping our content strategy and creating engaging experiences for our audiences across social media platforms.

What You'll Need to Bring
  • A proven track record in B2B social media execution and content development, ideally with experience in tech environments/products;
  • A creative mindset, always looking for innovative ways to push boundaries and deliver bold, unexpected, and smart content;
  • An obsession with social media and its potential to drive business success for B2B brands;
  • The ability to distill complex topics into relatable and engaging content that resonates with our audience;
  • An eye for detail, ensuring all content and communications are on-brand and accurate;
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the exec team and external suppliers;
  • Exceptional organisational skills, juggling multiple content and social requirements with ease;
  • A natural curiosity, always seeking opportunities to enhance or create new initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
  • You will be responsible for owning and executing our content schedule, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across various channels;
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our GTM function and wider brand objectives;
  • Championing the consistent use of our messaging while encouraging colleagues to think outside the box and explore innovative applications;
  • Maintaining and enhancing our social media presence, ensuring all content and posts are aligned with our social and GTM strategy;
  • Staying ahead of current social trends and algorithm changes, adapting our content direction accordingly;
  • Monitoring performance metrics to ensure we're building our brand, growing our audiences, and increasing engagement;
  • Participating in customer calls and helping to coordinate earned, owned, and paid PR opportunities to increase brand awareness;
  • Collaborating with the team to celebrate customer successes and sharing their stories through various communication channels.
Salary Estimate

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
