Key Roles and Responsibilities

This is a pivotal role where you will play a significant part in ensuring the smooth operation of casino cages and Keno services.

  • Set up and manage patron accounts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity across all transactions.
  • Oversee operations with a focus on maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide the cashier team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cash handling environment.
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching teams.
  • Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
