Job Description

The Sales Growth Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships. This individual will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends, providing expert advice to customers on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience in commercial or industrial sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex sales challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
