Construction Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in construction management and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Maintaining high-quality output from the site team.
  • Overseeing the construction team to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Effective utilization of resources to meet client requirements.
  • Regular communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 15 years' experience in construction supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
