Regional Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Retirement Living team.

  • Oversight of Village Operations: Ensure the efficient management of village budgets, assets, and staff.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage high-performing teams through leadership, objective setting, and effective communication.
  • Talent Development: Inspire talent growth with clear goals, expectations, and accountabilities.
  • Customer Service Culture: Drive a customer-centric culture focused on meeting residents' needs.
  • Asset Maintenance: Work closely with the property team to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor operational financial and operating performance, ensuring alignment with market requirements.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies.

Frequent travel is required for this role.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Senior Management Experience: Proven experience in senior management roles within Retirement Living, Aged Care, or Healthcare settings.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong financial management and performance expertise.
  • Legislative Compliance: Extensive knowledge of legislative compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and influence skills.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: High-quality relationships with stakeholders.
  • People Management: Effective people management skills, including performance management and coaching.
  • Australian Working Rights: Must have Australian working rights and a National Police Clearance Check.
