Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly skilled and dedicated midwives to join our dynamic team at one of Tasmania's leading public hospitals. As a midwife in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to women during pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of clinicians to deliver safe and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice, care, and support to women during pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.
- Show initiative and adaptability in responding to change and addressing complex situations.
- Pursue excellence in providing safe, quality, clinically appropriate midwifery care in partnership with women, their families, and other health professionals.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a midwife.
- A relevant midwifery qualification or postgraduate qualification.
- AHPRA registration or be in the process of obtaining it.
