About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

Our Curriculum

We train and accredit our educators and teachers in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which is Australia's most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
