Job Description:

The role of Senior Director Works involves overseeing the management and maintenance of infrastructure projects. The position requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage complex workloads, supervise teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing operational workforces, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing effective employee engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or a related technical discipline is highly desirable.
  • 10 years of experience in leading operational teams in infrastructure-related and/or construction industries is highly desirable.
  • Procurement, project management/contract management skills are highly desirable.
  • Prepare a work zone traffic management plan (PWZ) or equivalent is highly desirable.
