Construction Labourer Wanted

We are currently seeking a diligent Labourer to join our dynamic team of construction professionals. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced environment with experienced tradespeople, where effective communication and collaboration are key to success.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating problem-solving methodologies and tools to identify the root cause of problems, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the construction aspect of the business.
- Facilitate daily toolbox / safety meetings and adhere to workplace safety measures at all times.
- Work closely with and under the direction of Team Leaders/Supervisors, utilizing excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Experience in different trade base skill sets; Carpentry, Plumbing, Steel Fix, Concreting, Excavations, Labouring.
- Strong background in the pool industry would be highly advantageous.
- Australian Driver's License is a must.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly on the job.
