The successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from $88,467 to $101,691 per annum, pro rata, depending on their level of experience and qualifications.

**Job Description**
This is an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality person-centred, goal-orientated care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent;
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Minimum of four (4) years post-graduate experience in a relevant field of rehabilitation;
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of physiotherapy practice and principles in the area of rehabilitation;
- Demonstrated highly developed clinical skills;
- Understanding and support for the principles of Health Independence Programs continuum of care for clients, particularly in relation to individualized, time-limited, goal-centred episodes of care that aim to improve health outcomes;

This position is part of the Health Independence Programs (HIP), which aims to deliver improved outcomes for clients and support hospital demand management and flow.
