Talent International is a leading Financial Services provider seeking a Senior Network Engineer with expertise in Cloud (AWS / Azure), Terraform, and automation to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role: You will be joining a high-performing team responsible for designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting network devices deployed on public cloud platforms. In this role, you will leverage your strong automation and Terraform knowledge to write Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) from scratch, ensuring the stability and operations of the cloud network.

Responsibilities:

  • You will design, develop, and implement cloud-based network solutions using AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Utilize your expertise in Terraform to create IaC scripts, enabling efficient deployment and management of cloud resources.
  • Leverage automation tools like Ansible to streamline processes and improve network reliability.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to building a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in cloud network engineering delivery, preferably in large, complex environments.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Terraform for IaC scripting.
  • Strong automation experience using tools like Ansible.
  • Excellent scripting skills, particularly in Python.
  • Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as required.

What We Offer:

  • An attractive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A Sydney-based role, requiring attendance at the office two days per week.
