Dynamic Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced and innovative asset management professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and taking ownership of a portfolio of asset management projects, working closely with clients to deliver operational readiness activities and asset performance improvement projects, developing preventative maintenance plans and procedures for critical equipment, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment.

About the Role
  • Lead asset management projects to drive business growth and improve asset performance.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to support business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on asset management best practices and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, asset management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management, preferably in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
