About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced business professional to drive the success of our brand across the region. You will be responsible for managing vehicle sales, dealer development, and ensuring the fulfillment of our sales strategy. This role plays a critical part in aligning regional sales activities with national objectives, ensuring maximum results through effective business development and customer retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing regional sales activities, identifying sales opportunities, and driving the execution of our sales strategy.
  • Supporting dealers in achieving their business plans, ensuring alignment with sales targets and marketing initiatives.
  • Providing monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing action plans to address any underperformance.
  • Developing regional plans to enhance net promoter scores (NPS), monitoring dealer-level efforts to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Overseeing budget allocation and expenditure for regional activities, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety (WHS), proactively managing risks to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of wholesale vehicle sales experience within the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of the competitive automotive landscape

• Proven success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring

• Ability to drive results and meet ambitious sales targets

• Exceptional planning, execution, and problem-solving skills

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills

• Customer-centric approach with solid business acumen
