  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and staff recruitment and rostering
  • Develop and implement business growth initiatives to drive revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve financial and business targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in food, bars, and gaming
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders
  • Operational know-how and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Qualifications: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining your RMLV and Approved Manager licence)
